Jessica offers 60-minute telehealth counselling sessions to support you through life's challenges and help you reach your mental health goals.

Why get counselling?

Living as a neurodivergent person comes with its unique set of challenges. You might be battling self-hate, depression, anxiety, trauma, or internalised ableism. Masking, navigating relationships, managing executive functioning issues, and dealing with sensory overload can make life feel overwhelming. Neurodivergent burnout is also a real struggle, and finding the right support is essential.

What to expect:

In my sessions, I create a safe and supportive online space just for you through Zoom sessions or over the phone. My individual telehealth sessions are designed to meet your unique needs. Using a variety of therapeutic approaches (listed below), I provide personalised care to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and find peace.

As many trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+ people and neurodivergent people struggle with low self-worth, my aim is to help you develop your self-compassion and self-acceptance so you can live more comfortably in your own mind and body day-to-day.
