Welcome to Neuro Path Counselling

Neuro Path Counselling is an Australia-wide online therapy service, founded by lived experience counsellor, Jessica Traino. Whether you're neurodivergent, a trauma survivor, or both, this service is designed to support you. I offer counselling for individuals aged 16 and up, and my practice proudly affirms and supports the LGBTQIA+ community.

About Jessica

I'm Jessica and I'm a late-diagnosed autistic woman with ADHD. My main special interest has always been in psychology, mental health, and helping others in whatever way possible. I'm also part of the LGBTQIA+ community and a complex trauma survivor. When I finally found out there was a reason for all the burnout, fatigue, sensory sensitivities and feeling different, it allowed me to find acceptance for who I am.

Being an autistic therapist makes me a more attuned, empathetic and passionate therapist. It brings me life to support other neurodivergent trauma survivors and help them to find their worth, well-being and peace.
